Grievance Mechanism

We want our operations to be transparent, safe and reliable. If you as a forest owner,customer or other interested party have comments or would like to make a complaint about something related to EKEN’s carbon credit project, you can easily submit this to us.

You can send your complaint via email to: klagomal@ekenfinancing.com

In order for us to be able to handle your complaint in a good way, we would like you to provide:

  • What the complaint concerns (short description)
  • Your contact information (name, email, possibly phone number)
  • Details of the incident (date, location, if it concerns a specific situation)
  • Relevant documentation, e.g. emails, agreements, pictures
  • Possible conflict of interest (if you have any connection that may be relevant)

Once we have received your complaint, we will send a confirmation by email. The complaint will be registered and handled internally, and you will normally receive an initial response within one week.
